ABOUT ME & MY VALUES
Enterprise perspective.
Practical infrastructure.
I’m Thomas Condé Hansen. In my primary employment, I work as a Principal Security Architect specialising in Manufacturing Security, in an organisation with approximately 75,000 employees. Alongside that role, I’m establishing CondeCoding as a separate, part-time business focused on IT infrastructure for smaller organisations.
My professional specialism is Manufacturing Security. That perspective informs my approach to infrastructure: considering security requirements alongside connectivity, identity, access control and availability. I look at how the components fit together and how the architecture can support day-to-day operations and future change.
With CondeCoding, my aim is to bring that architectural perspective to infrastructure projects for businesses of all sizes, including 500+ employees. The planned services cover requirements, procurement and implementation — from Ubiquiti networking and firewalls to Active Directory, Windows Server, Hyper-V, antivirus, Veeam Backup, file shares and storage. For surveillance projects, I work exclusively with Ubiquiti hardware. For customers who need round-the-clock support, 24/7 support is offered through a partner. CondeCoding is my own venture, separate from my primary employment.
My professional development includes networking, Hyper-V, security and risk management. I take a collaborative approach to problem-solving, whether you need a new environment or a carefully planned improvement to your existing infrastructure.
